Failing at school did not stop Rebecca! She started her first business at the age of 19. Twenty-six years and four businesses later, she is now focused on encouraging others to embrace enterprise and be more willing to step up and achieve in the world of work and enterprise.
Returning to education Rebecca became hooked and now holds a master’s degree in education, focusing on the training of entrepreneurs and enterprise. She combines running her own business with her academic work which is directed towards enterprise within organisations, or “intrapreneurship”.
Rebecca is an established author, consultant, and speaker in the field of business growth. She targets staff engagement and collaborative approaches, encouraging enterprise mindsets.
