Liz began her career as a Management Consultant in London working with blue-chip clients.  Her dream was to bring high quality consultancy back to the North of England at affordable prices and build herself a credible practice. Since 2000, she ran a successful communications business and set-up her own consultancy Elizabeth Jane Associates in 2012. Her third business “Insignia Awards Group” is set to be even more successful.

This led to further investment of £83.3 million into two communities in West Yorkshire.
