Winning both Creative Industries and Overall Midlands Entrepreneur of the year at the Natwest Great British Entrepreneur Awards, Lee is the Co-founder and CEO of On The Tools.
Founded in 2014 On The Tools is a creative social media marketing agency boasting the largest online construction based community in the UK, currently standing at over 2.5 million people and now work on campaigns with more than 60 brands both in and out of Construction. These include the likes of Jewson, Direct Line for Business, WD-40, Lidl, Bosch, Dulux, Fiat and Mcdonalds, to name but a few. In the past two OTT has amassed over two billion video views across their social media channels and in 2017 achieved 84 million views for their clients. In 2018, On The Tools were named as the Pitch@Palace 10.0 People’s Choice Award Winner.
Lee talks frequently at social media events, marketing conferences and company workshops about the ups and downs of his journey with On The Tools, the growth of social media and culture within the workplace.
